Il Linguaggio del Film “ Gli arcangeli” è la storia di una passione, fatta di dolore e di coraggio, di speranza e di timore. Non avrei potuto raccontare la sofferenza con uno stile ‘cinematografico’ ligio alle regole della buona grammatica. L’avrei trovato offensivo, impuro, fasullo. Ogni dolore è personale, unico, privato, non riconducibile ad altri. Così ho voluto che questo film non potesse essere riportato a qualsiasi altra opera cinematografica. Anche a rischio di sembrare estraneo al cinema, di essere un oggetto non classificabile come film. 
Ho privilegiato the use of the sequence shot because it looks like a prison, where the actors can not act, can not escape the situation and must give life to their characters. There are scenes of relief valve or ne “ Gli arcangeli”, non ci sono dati e tagli di montaggio che accompagnano una storia precisa che tutti seguono; per me un film è qualcosa di più, è qualcosa sulla condizione dell’essere umano. Che è fatta di vuoti e di momenti bui, non di una serie di eventi sempre codificabili. Ci sono scene non comuni al cinema ‘tradizionale’, c’è un montaggio non lineare. Il film è un insieme di quadri tratti dalla vita dei due protagonisti, Christian e Marlena, sono i momenti che mostrano la loro vera essenza. Alla fine della proiezione, rimangono tracce della vita dei personaggi del film, sensazioni, attimi che servono per trasmettere allo spettatore l’idea di aver assistito non ad un semplice film, but to a performance based on real life.

Soggetto
