E’ vero che non esiste mai una realtà oggettiva, ma solo tante piccole effimere realtà che mutano in funzione dell’angolazione con la quale osserviamo quello che accade intorno a noi. Lo si comprende bene di fronte all’ennesima strage di uomini, donne e bambini che Israele ha deciso di regalare al popolo palestinese per celebrare la fine dell’anno. Una strage raccontata dai media con distaccata superficialità , quasi in punta di piedi, prestando la massima attenzione a compiacere gli “alleati” di Tel Aviv. Oltre 400 persone già massacrate con l’ausilio di bombe e missili, in attesa che i carri armati israeliani invadano la striscia di Gaza per portare a termine l’operazione “Piombo Fuso” programmata da tempo con l’intento di annientare Hamas e qualunque prospettiva di resistenza palestinese.

Piombo Fuso, a solidificarsi al di sopra delle coscienze d’Occidente, per sigillare qualunque anelito di umanità possa ancora pervadere una società come la nostra che sta perdendo le ultime briciole di coerenza e scivolando in un medioevo dell’anima che trasuda vergogna.

Ci siamo prodigati per preservare la memoria dell’olocausto, ma quale dovrebbe essere lo scopo precipuo della memoria se non quello di far si che simili abomini non si ripetano mai più? Come si può indignarsi rispetto alle atrocità del passato, restando al contempo indifferenti e spesso giustificando quelle che fanno parte del nostro presente?

In Medio Oriente il genocidio continua, anno dopo anno, mese dopo mese ed ha il colore del piombo fuso che annichilisce la gente di Palestina, mentre il resto del mondo volge colpevolmente il proprio sguardo altrove. Perché l’Italia non sarà mai la Grecia

Nonostante la cappa di silenzio mediatico che ha circondato e circonda la Grecia, molti si sono resi conto che la rivolta greca non è stata un “furore” di pochi esaltati e nemmeno una manfrina abilmente orchestrata dal Palazzo. E neppure una rivoluzione tentata o fallita.
I fatti avvenuti in Grecia sono stati una rivolta spontanea – attizzata sì dall’assassinio di un ragazzo – ma proposta all’attenzione della Grecia e del Pianeta poiché la situazione economico/politica del Paese sta diventando insostenibile.

I quali, possono essere generati da elementi puramente economici – avere poco o nulla, essere costretti al furto per ottenere soltanto i succedanei del gran circo del consumo – oppure una teorizzazione che può avere molteplici radici e valenze: dalla veloce rilettura di un Islam “traghettato” su sponde politiche alla più comprensibile (per noi), normale vicenda di scontro di classe. Forse, meglio, una combinazione d’entrambe.

Non si tratta affatto di un esercizio di retorica.

Come non ricordare che sul tema della Costituzione europea, cioè l’ultima tappa – non esaltante ma necessaria – per il progresso dell’integrazione comunitaria, se si eccettuano le estreme del parlamento europeo, i maggiori paradossi sono venuti proprio dalla posizione della famiglia eurosocialista, che porta su di sé, ad esempio, la (co)responsabilità dell’esito del referendum francese del 2005 o la mancata ratifica britannica ai tempi di Blair ? La prima riflessione che mi è sorta spontanea,
mentre dalla cambusa del campo scout leggevo il relativo
articolo di giornale, è stata proprio incentrata sul
carattere dirompente della decisione.
Rimango tuttora dell’idea che una scelta dalle conseguenze
urbanistiche, sociali, ambientali, economiche così
importante dovesse, oltre che essere necessariamente ben
ponderata, derivare da un confronto, da un dibattito nella
Città.
Era o non era questo un tema da campagna elettorale, sul
quale maturare consenso ovvero focalizzare l’attenzione ?

Così non è stato, e al posto di un progetto - ben più
partecipato ed elaborato - che l’ormai ex assessore
Bragaglio aveva concertato con l’Aler e che prevedeva un
generale risanamento delle Torri, a partire dalla
realizzazione di nuovi ingressi e dalla differenziazione
della composizione sociale dei suoi inquilini, se ne è in
fretta e furia imbastito uno radicalmente alternativo.
Che però avrà conseguenze di non poco conto: innanzitutto,
l’abbattimento delle Torri imporrà di trovare una consona
sistemazione ai quattrocento nuclei familiari (quasi mille
persone) che le abitano.
La soluzione su cui si sta orientando l’amministrazione
comunale è quella di ‘requisire’ tutta la potenzialità di
edilizia residenziale pubblica che si è creata negli ultimi

generale) - anche una interessante attività di monitoraggio

E’ convinzione diffusa, a partire dal presidente della
Commissione, il collega e amico Fabio Capra, che il Comune

Alla ripresa settembrina si è pertanto iniziato un ciclo di
audizioni con gli amministratori delle aziende partecipate.
Ricordo in particolare il Presidente della Centrale del
Latte Franco Dusina e la Presidente della Fondazione
Brescia Solidale Adele Ferrari, che dal settembre dell’anno
scorso è responsabile della gestione delle RSA

Vescovo, pare che la maggioranza di centro-destra non
intenda fare passi indietro sull’argomento.
Tuttavia, come PD, abbiamo intenzione di rilanciare
l’argomento e di mobilitare ulteriormente la cittadinanza.
Brescia, già culla del solidarismo (specialmente
cattolico), non può invertire la propria rotta, adottando
posizioni di retriva retroguardia culturale e politica.
