È stato il consigliere comunale più giovane del mandato amministrativo che volge al termine: eletto a soli vent’anni, oggi Federico Manzoni, già della Margherita, adesso candidato in Loggia per il Pd, fa un bilancio positivo del quinquennio appena trascorso, non lesinando consigli alle nuove leve.
